Notes | | Based on the programme note of Vaughan Williams's Norfolk Rhapsody No.3 in G minor and major (written in 1906). The manuscript was lost but I have used the four songs mentioned in the programme note, 'The Lincolnshire Farmer', 'John Raeburn', 'Ward the Pirate', and 'The Red Barn' to reconstruct what Vaughan Williams alludes to in his description.
