David was marooned in Australia and unable to attend the premiere due to the volcanic ash crisis. However the performance was very well received - read review excerpts from The Guardian, The Times, and The Daily Telegraph. The symphony will be broadcast on BBC Radio 3 on Monday 17th May in the 'Performance on 3' programme.
